The Pathway Home program provides an individual deep-dive spiritual journey to healing from the inside out. The program focuses on flawed core beliefs that produce harmful, destructive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors including substance abuse.
Through this twelve-month program of personal one on one heart focused coaching, group coaching, bible study, life skills training, goal creating, and much much more, the women of Pathway Network become a family and create lifelong relationships.
Our residents are required to maintain the home, plan and cook meals, attend classes, complete group work, and attend church. They also are responsible for assigned reading and homework exercises. They are required to perform community service while supervised by a leader and follow the guidelines of the Home.
A unique dimension of Pathway Home is the use of life coaching to facilitate personal growth, goal setting, and a distinct plan for each individual. A professional life coach meets with each resident two to three times a week to provide accountability and challenge to catalyze change from the inside out. The goal is not merely behavioral change, but the heart and identity change. For each resident to experience and pursue a deep, authentic faith walk.
During the final three months of the program, the residents serve as interns and are given more leadership responsibilities in the home. With these responsibilities and additional leadership coaching the residents develop a greater commitment to their new lifestyle.
Finding breakthrough and freedom, each woman will be revitalized in her identity, beauty, and value, as she becomes prepared to pursue her purpose. After graduating from the Pathway Home, she will have the opportunity for support and discipleship in her transition time.
